How
do I get my embroidery design to my embroidery machine?
Depending on your type of machine, if
you are using a floppy or USB jump drive, you would save your design
on a floppy or USB jump drive with the appropriate extenstion and
insert in your machine, if you are using a card reader you will need
a conversion box connected to your computer and save directly to the
conversion box. Contact your dealer for further info on a conversion
box for your specific machine.
How
do I set density for my letters?
Please see your fancyworks studio manual
on page 30 or page 16 for monogramsp for lettering density and other
important settings.
What is the difference between manual digitizing
and auto digitizing?
Manual digitizing is interpreted by the
eye and allows for dimension in a design and allows for more
creative expression of how the design is embroidered. Auto
digitizing is interpreted by the computer as lines and a flat image.
Although this is quicker it is not always the best embroidery. Auto
digitizing also is best done using vector art. If you are using
FancyWorks and want to
add auto digitizing to your manual program contact us at
